Refund Policy

Returns must be UNUSED in the Original packaging and in a resalable condition. Our full returns policy outlined is below.

It is fine if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it. We want you to enjoy what ever you buy from us.

It’s not a problem, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it can be exchanged or the cost of the item(s) refunded. Just email us on with your order number and bank account details you wish the refund to be deposited into. We will make sure you leave the process happy.

All purchases made directly online at are covered by a 14 day exchange or refund guarantee. Follow these steps and we will see you right.

Please note factory seconds, ex demo or ex team second hand board are sold as seen and not eligible for return unless damaged in transit. Please ensure you understand exactly what you are purchasing and if you are unsure just drop us an email so we can open a dialogue and help make he right decision.

In all return correspondence please quote your – Order ID/Order number, the items you wish to return (size, quantity etc), and let us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns IDs can only be issued via e-mail and will NOT be issued over the telephone. However if you receive an incorrect item, a faulty item or experience any issue with your order whatsoever please feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will be more than happy to help. You can return your order, to the address above, within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Returns older than 14 days will not be accepted, unless agreed by us in advance.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Packaging is essential on surfboard returns

Products must be returned in their original condition including tags & packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse such returns or exchanges.

Please make sure surfboards returned for any reason are packaged in the original box with the additional packaging material used. Toyfactory surfboards will not be responsible for return damage in transit to surfboards not packed adequately.

We will refund you any money you have paid us for the product(s) being returned, or provide you with a same cost alternative if required. The original postage cost is not refundable under normal circumstances. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.

Surfboard & Large Item Returns

The quickest, cheapest, and most convenient method for you to send a surfboard (or large item such as a double surfboard bag) back to us is by using the parcel force collection service.

We recommend that you use the 48 hour return. Please note: You will be responsible for the surfboard(s) until they reach us. We recommend surfboards are packaged in the original box with the additional packaging material used.

Parcel Force do take the best possible care with surfboard returns, but adequate packaging is essential.
